‘bad guys’?

Answer – The bad guys are normal children with disrespect towards the children with special needs. They are called ‘bad guys’ because they say bad things about the disabled children and make them uncomfortable.

 

4. List the things the ‘bad guys’ bother the children about?

Answer – The ‘bad guys’ tell bad words about their skin and hair. They also find mistakes in their way of talking and playing. They can never see deep inside the hearts of the special children.

 

5. What can we understand ‘if we use more than our sight.’?

Answer – The phrase – ‘if we use more than our sight’ means that the disabled children too have special qualities and capabilities. Sadly, the people see only deep skin and do not go beyond that. If they will see deeply, they will find that these children are just like the normal children.

6. Why do you think these lines have been spoken?

• We didn’t want to hear their words.

Answer – The disabled children didn’t want to hear bad words of the ‘bad guys’. They knew that the ‘bad guys’ are not right.

 

• We know that they ‘re not right

Answer – The ‘bad guys’ didn’t understand that the disabled children are also human being with the same feelings.

 

• Some need a special tube to breathe

Answer – Some disabled children suffer from Asthma and face difficulty in breathing. They need special tube to breath comfortably sometime.

 

• If we use more than our sight

Answer - Disabled children too have special qualities and capabilities. Sadly, the people see only deep skin and do not go beyond that. If they will see deeply, they will find that these children are just like the normal children.

 

• They only look skin deep.

Answer – The disabled children are also human beings and they are like other children. But, some mean children who are referred to as ‘bad guys’ do not see beyond their outer disabilities.
